Josh Maddocks - Terms and Conditions for Corporate Bookings
1. Booking and Deposit:
a. To secure the services of Josh Maddocks, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
b. The deposit amount and payment details will be communicated to the client upon booking confirmation.
2. Final Payment:
a. The remaining balance must be paid by the client no later than 30 days before the scheduled date of the event.
b. Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of the booking, and any deposits paid will be forfeited.
3. Cancellation Policy:
a. In the event of cancellation by the client:
i. Cancellations made within 30 days will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
ii. Cancellations made within 14 days will require payment of the full booking fee.
4. Performance Requirements:
a. The client agrees to provide suitable space and conditions for Josh Maddocks' performance, as agreed upon in advance.
b. Josh Maddocks reserves the right to cancel the performance if the venue conditions are deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
5. Changes to Booking:
a. Any changes to the booking details must be communicated to Josh Maddocks in writing within a specified timeframe.
b. Changes are subject to approval by Josh Maddocks and may result in adjustments to the total booking fee.
6. Force Majeure:
a. Josh Maddocks shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
7. Public Liability Insurance (PLI):
a. Josh Maddocks maintains Public Liability Insurance up to the value of £10 million.
b. A copy of the PLI certificate can be provided upon request.
8. Agreement to Terms:
a. By proceeding with the booking and payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined herein.
9. Governing Law:
a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

a. For any inquiries or concerns regarding these terms, clients may contact Josh Maddocks through the provided contact information.
11. Amendments:
a. Josh Maddocks reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, changes in performance requirements, payment policies, or any other relevant aspects of the agreement.
b. Clients will be notified of any changes through the contact information provided during the booking process. Notification may be in writing, via email, or through other agreed-upon communication channels.
c. Amendments will become effective [X] days from the date of notification. Clients are encouraged to review the updated terms promptly.
d. If the client does not agree with the amendments, they may have the option to discuss concerns with Josh Maddocks. In cases where an agreement cannot be reached, the client may choose to cancel the booking, and any applicable refund policies will be honored as outlined in the cancellation policy.
e. Continuing with the booking and/or payment after the effective date of the amendments will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
f. Josh Maddocks understands the importance of clear communication and transparency and will strive to ensure that any amendments are reasonable and fair to both parties.
By proceeding with the booking and payment, the client acknowledges and accepts the possibility of amendments to these terms and conditions as outlined above.
